At the Altana del Motto Rosso you will find yourself listening to the silence and the noises of nature, seeing the stars in an environment with little light pollution … maybe lying on the lawn!
On our farm we grow blueberries, without the use of chemicals so as not to alter nature, we grow aromatic plants that are then used in our kitchen or to accompany our game dishes.
Rice, cheeses and meat from farms in the Novara area are used together with our products to make you eat genuine dishes of Piedmontese cuisine.
We have 18 Kw photovoltaic system, solar thermal for hot water and rainwater collection to contribute to the environment.

At L’Altana del Motto Rosso it is possible to taste our cuisine based on typical Piedmontese and seasonal dishes.
We offer agreed menus for every need: groups, business dinners, events and weddings.
Catering is open by reservation, but in any case just give us a call and we will surely accommodate you.
